Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Experience handling orders, quotes and returns in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, quotes, and returns accurately in the order entry system.
• Maintain customer and territory records and document interactions.
• Monitor shipment dates to ensure timely delivery.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines per company, state, and federal policies.
• Verify pricing and terms per standard procedures and customer profitability profiles.
• Develop strong relationships across business functions and with customers and partners.
• Provide impeccable customer service and sales support; respond to inquiries promptly.
