Job summary

Moda Health is seeking a CS Tech Support Specialist I to provide professional customer service and technical assistance across Medical, Dental, Pharmacy and Membership platforms. This full-time work-from-home role emphasizes timely responses, accurate information, and proactive issue resolution.

You will handle MyModa, eBill and Benefit Tracker tasks while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to security standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months experience as a Customer Service Rep Level II or equivalent.
• 10 key proficiency of 135 spm net on keypad.
• Typing ability of 25 wpm net.
• Proficiency with multiple systems and Moda software (Microsoft Office, Facets, Content Manager, Excel, EBT).
• Experience with claims processing, membership accounting, and benefit questions.

Responsibilities

• Interpret needs and concerns, guide users through features, and troubleshoot.
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat or social media.
• Identify problems and implement step-by-step solutions.
• Support customers across platforms and devices and manage multiple tickets.
