Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking agents to handle inbound customer calls for debit card inquiries and related services from home-based employees across the United States. This BYOD position requires reliable equipment, dedicated workspace, and high-speed internet.

You'll follow scripts, identify customer needs, research solutions, and may upsell products when appropriate. Training is paid, shifts run 7:00am–7:00pm CST, with full- or part-time options and occasional weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required to use company systems.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Strong phone manners and active listening skills are essential.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass state/federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow scripted responses for various topics.
• Identify customer needs, verify information, research and offer solutions.
• Access company resources to resolve calls accurately.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Adapt to multiple tasks without loss of efficiency.
• Maintain punctuality and professional demeanor at all times.
• Be available to cross-train as needed.
