Job summary

Five Star Call Centers is seeking people who enjoy helping others by answering inbound calls from customers about goods and services, delivering high-quality service with a helpful, professional attitude. This project assists clients with debit card incentives, orders, and balances.

This BYOD role lets you work from home in states including Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, and more. Pay starts at $14/hour, with a $1 night/weekend differential and full/part-time options.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months customer service or support experience preferred.
• 3–6 months call center or office background is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow scripts when handling topics.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions.
• Access resources to accurately handle calls.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Switch between tasks without loss of efficiency or composure.
• Be at desk with punctual attendance and professional demeanor.
• Remain positive and professional in all interactions.
• Cross-train as requested.
