Call Experts is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a fully remote, full-time position in the United States. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat, troubleshooting issues and maintaining accurate records.

No prior call center experience is required; we hire for attitude and trainability, and we’ll teach you the rest. Starting at $12/hour with increases as you complete skill levels after about 45 days.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Reliable internet connection and your own computer.
• Ability to stay organized during a steady stream of contacts.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot issues and keep records accurate.
• Handle a steady flow of contacts daily, moving efficiently while staying calm.
• After ~45 days and skill advancement, take on scheduling appointments and order taking.
