Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least six months of customer service experience, and solid computer skills. A distraction-free home office and reliable internet are required.

• Remote customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate the internet.

Responsabilités

• Customer Champion – provide excellent service and handle ~4+ calls per hour across the USA.
• Technology Troubleshooter – explain phone billing and generic questions, guiding customers through steps.
• Highly Organized and Motivated – maintain concentration in a home office with two monitors.
