Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, RingCentral, and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and make phone calls to customers.
• Provide information on company policies.
• Resolve issues by researching and submitting requests on the customer's behalf.
• Support retail sales representatives and leadership in Customer Relations.
• Escalate unresolved grievances to Verizon Wireless for further investigation.
