Job summary

Cellular Sales seeks a Customer Relations Specialist to support customers by phone, researching policies, and handling requests on the customer's behalf. You will assist retail staff, market leadership, and Customer Relations leadership, adapting to changing priorities with discretion.

The role is 100% remote, full-time, with a base pay of $20 per hour plus bonus potential; benefits include health coverage, 401k matching, and work-from-home equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong proficiency in various computer applications and software required.

Responsibilities

• Accepts, resolves, and escalates internal and external customer concerns.
• Documents customer concerns and interactions according to department standards.
• Manages follow up contacts with multiple parties in order to resolve concerns efficiently.
• Utilizes multiple internal systems to access and research customer accounts and history.
• Refers unresolved customer grievances to Verizon Wireless for further investigation.
• Provides support to Customer Relations teammates by shadowing and assisting with questions.
• Demonstrates self-motivation to manage time and tasks according to department guidelines.
