iQor is hiring a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative to support customers via inbound calls and inquiries from your home office in Allentown, PA. You will resolve questions, deliver an outstanding experience, and aim for first-call resolution.

We provide paid training and seek dependable individuals with strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and a willingness to learn. A quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable internet are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Customer service experience of at least 1 year.
• Flexible availability including at least one weekend day.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills; typing speed of 25 WPM.
• Willingness to participate on camera during training and meetings.
• Experience with benefits or open enrollment is a plus.
