• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, MIS, or related business field.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as product expert for the Juniper Square platform.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Product Managers, and Engineers to resolve problems.
• Capture customer feedback to guide product improvements.
