Job summary

Breakdown Services Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented support specialist for a fully remote role focused on the Entertainment Industry software suite. Team members are located nationwide, with a preference for candidates based in Nevada.

You will handle client inquiries, verify and process documents, and guide new clients through using our software while keeping the production information database up to date. Casting process knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Broad experience with Windows and macOS.
• Experience with Word, Google Docs, Slack.
• Familiar with Chatlio, Freshdesk or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support client questions and requests
• Research and approve potential clients and process documents
• Assist in helping new clients learn necessary skills to use our software
• Maintain and update our proprietary database of production information
• Knowledge of the casting process and the role of Agents and Managers is a plus.
