Job summary

Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a growing fintech to hire a Client Data Integration Specialist. You will own onboarding from kickoff to early platform use, explain data requirements to business and technical teams, and review CSV/API/XML data for accuracy and completeness.

You will troubleshoot data issues, coordinate with developers when platform changes are needed, and train users before handing the account to customer success, while improving onboarding templates and checklists.

Qualifications

• Experience in data integration, software implementation, technical account management, data analysis, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to lead customer conversations and explain data requirements to business and technical audiences.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to review large data files; SQL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer data onboarding from kickoff, validation, go-live, and early platform use.
• Explain data specifications and work with customer operations, IT, data teams, and system providers to obtain the correct information.
• Review CSV files, API connections, and XML data for completeness, formatting, mapping, accuracy, and reasonable results.
• Investigate missing data, mismatched totals, failed transfers, and other quality issues, involving developers when platform changes are required.
• Keep customers informed, document decisions and open items, and train users before handing the account to customer success.
• Improve onboarding through practical templates, checklists, and documentation.

Accentuate Staffing is working with a growing financial technology company that needs a Client Data Integration Specialist to take ownership after a new customer signs. This person will work with financial institutions to collect the required data, confirm it is accurate, and prepare the customer to use the company’s software. This is a hybrid position based out of the company’s Durham office.This is a customer-facing role with hands-on data responsibilities. You will explain data requirements, review files and integrations, troubleshoot discrepancies, and coordinate corrections with customers and developers. You will not be expected to build integrations alone, but you should understand how data moves between systems and be comfortable working independently when files or totals do not look right.

Requirements

• Experience in data integration, software implementation, technical account management, data analysis, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Able to lead customer conversations and explain data requirements to both business and technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of data extracts, mappings, transformations, imports, and validation, including how to investigate incomplete or inconsistent data.
• Strong Excel skills and experience reviewing large data files; SQL experience for querying, comparing, or validating data is strongly preferred.
• Experience with regulated SaaS products, Banking or credit-union technology preferred.
• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable managing several customers at once.
