Qualifications

3+ years of experience in customer support or technical support roles.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with support ticketing systems and customer relationship management tools.
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities
