Job summary

The company is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Advocate to be the first point of contact for fitness and wellbeing customers worldwide. Based in Melbourne, you will handle calls, emails and chats with empathy, aiming for quick first-contact resolutions.

In a 6-month fixed-term contract, you’ll build lasting relationships, navigate payment contracts, and escalate complex issues while following defined policies. Training will be provided to adapt to the Australia/New Zealand region.
