Job summary

JotPsych provides software for behavioral health clinicians and is expanding from notes to revenue cycle. As frontline of customer outcomes, you’ll guide providers through setup with brief calls and purposeful follow-ups.

You’ll triage questions, share time-saving workflow tips, and relay patterns to product and engineering to prevent recurring issues, while learning and growing into a Customer Success or Sales path as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of customer support, success, or sales experience.
• Able to handle hard customer conversations and stay calm.
• Empathetic listener and confident communicator.
• Familiar with CRMs (HubSpot or Salesforce) and Google Workspace.
• Interest in behavioral health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new providers and walk them through setup in 15–30 minute calls.
• Run async follow-ups via emails and Loom to reach first win quickly.
• Triage questions: bug vs education vs workflow gap; hand tickets with context.
• Share workflow tips to save time and reduce churn.
• Surface recurring patterns to product and engineering to prevent repeats.
