Weed Man is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will handle high call volumes, respond via phone, text, and email, and collaborate with Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to resolve customer needs.

The role requires excellent communication, strong problem-solving, and proven time management, with opportunities for growth within a growing lawn care company.

Competenze

• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Previous customer service experience is a must.

Mansioni

• Answer a large volume of incoming calls, texts and emails.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical and Administrative managers.
• Verify customer information and collect accounts receivable.
• Make phone sales and address customer questions or concerns.
