Job summary

Weed Man is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will work with Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to handle calls, texts, and emails, resolving issues and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include verifying customer information, handling inquiries, and supporting accounts receivable. Excellent written and verbal communication are essential for success. A fast-paced environment with opportunities for advancement awaits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process duties with Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers.
• Answer a large volume of incoming phone calls, texts and emails and address caller needs.
• Interact with customers by phone, text and email to answer questions and resolve concerns.
• Assist in collecting accounts receivable and verify customer information.
• Make phone sales where appropriate.

As our Customer Service Representative professional, you will be responsible to work closely with our Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to coordinate and process numerous duties, as well as answering a large volume of incoming phone calls and addressing the needs of those callers. You will interact with customers by phone, text and email to answer questions, resolve concerns, collect accounts receivable, verify customer information, and make phone sales.
