Job summary

Weed Man offers a full-time customer service representative role with Monday–Friday, 9 am–6 pm. The position is fully remote, paying $16–$17 per hour, with opportunities to work with sales, technical and administrative teams to support customers across the United States.

Ideal candidates have excellent communication, strong problem-solving and time-management skills, and prior customer service experience. A fast-paced office environment and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle a large volume of incoming calls, texts and emails and assist customers.
• Coordinate with sales, technical and administrative managers to process duties and drive sales.
