Job summary

Weed Man offers a full-time customer service representative role with Monday–Friday, 9 am–6 pm. The position is fully remote, paying $16–$17 per hour, with opportunities to work with sales, technical and administrative teams to support customers across the United States.

Ideal candidates have excellent communication, strong problem-solving and time-management skills, and prior customer service experience. A fast-paced office environment and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Excellent phone & organizational skills are a must. Computer skills, the ability to perform multiple tasks, & keen attention to details required for our fast-paced office.

As our Customer Service Representative professional, you will be responsible to work closely with our Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to coordinate and process numerous duties, as well as answering a large volume of incoming phone calls and addressing the needs of those callers. You will interact with customers by phone, text and email to answer questions, resolve concerns, collect accounts receivable, verify customer information, and make phone sales.
