You’ll oversee the renewal lifecycle, negotiate terms, and collaborate with Sales and CS to identify upsell opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, Sales Development or Business Development roles.
• B2B SaaS familiarity; K12 experience is a plus.
• Ability to articulate client buying cycles and procurement stages.
• Proficient in Salesforce CPQ and CRM tools; Word/Excel basics.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver renewal quotes; manage renewal communications.
• Monitor renewal calendars and proactively address 90-day window needs.
• Negotiate renewals and coordinate with Sales and CS teams for upsell.
• Document client interactions and renewal outcomes; ensure timely quotes.
• Prepare reports on renewal status and contribute to process improvements.
