Requirements

• Proficiency in using CRM software and customer success platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client issues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
• A self-starter with a passion for technology and client advocacy.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
