Job summary

Semios Group is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support growers, agronomists and ag retailers, guiding onboarding, adoption and ongoing success with Semios tools and Agworld integration.

You will collaborate with Territory Managers and cross-functional teams to renew contracts, handle inquiries and provide product feedback for continuous improvement. A driver’s license and willingness to travel support regional coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer onboarding, implementation, adoption or post-sales support.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Comfort learning new software tools and data to help customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding, adoption and ongoing support to customers in the territory.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, Grower Relations and Channel teams to drive growth.
• Log customer interactions in CRM and renewals processes, including quotes and orders.
