Job summary

Semios is seeking a Customer Success Specialist in a dynamic hybrid role. You will onboard and support agricultural customers, guiding them to maximize Semios tools and insights. Collaboration with Territory Managers and cross-functional teams will be essential to deliver value and drive growth.

You’ll manage pre- and post-sales activities, maintain CRM records, and help customers implement improvements while traveling as needed and embracing a flexible, hybrid workplace.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in customer onboarding, implementation, adoption and technical support.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with customers in varied settings.
• Familiarity with software applications and data, and ability to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding, implementation and ongoing adoption support for Semios customers and Territory Managers.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, Grower Relations, and Channel teams to drive sales growth and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and service tickets, renewals, and customer communications.
