Job summary

Alan is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to onboard and support admins across our enterprise partnerships. You will train admins on our product, manage end-to-end account support, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues with clarity and empathy.

You should be fluent in Dutch and English, excel at structured communication, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Remote and onsite work options are available within Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard admins on Alan's product, workflows, and best practices (remote and onsite).
• Own admin support end-to-end for your account portfolio; address requests and coordinate resolutions.
• Manage complex conversations with admins, including objections and escalations.
• Identify recurring pain points and propose process and tooling improvements to scale operations.
