Placements24 is seeking a motivated Customer Success Representative to join our Welkom office on a part-time basis. You will onboard customers, provide ongoing assistance, and gather feedback to improve service delivery.

You should be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, communicate clearly, and stay organized while using standard support tools. The role offers flexibility and on-the-job training in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications
