Job summary

Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance. We are hiring Customer Support Specialists to ensure a smooth onboarding journey for key accounts and provide ongoing admin support. You will train admins, own end-to-end admin processes, and handle complex conversations with empathy while anticipating risks to prevent blockers.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required. You will join a globally distributed Care Team, collaborating with internal partners to improve processes and tooling

• Train and onboard admins on Alan's product, workflows and best practices (remote and onsite).
• Own admin support end-to-end for your account portfolio: handle requests, investigate issues, coordinate with internal teams.
• Manage complex or sensitive conversations with admins with clarity and empathy.
• Anticipate risks and prevent blockers before they impact admins.
