Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Professional Services).
• Ability to think on your feet and quickly grasp new concepts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build healthy customer relationships and deliver scalable, value-driven engagements.
• Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction across a large portfolio.
• Manage renewals, forecast accurately, and improve retention rates.
• Advocate for customers and provide feedback to internal teams to increase ROI.
• Monitor progress and adoption; intervene to drive desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities.
• Prepare and facilitate customer meetings (reviews, demos, webinars).
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products to inspire loyalty.
