Qualifications

• Advanced English communication skills required.
• Background in customer service, call center, receptionist, administrative, or sales-support roles.
• Strong communication, customer service skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Qualify leads and collect accurate customer and project information.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using scheduling systems.
• Follow up on proposals and opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date customer information in the CRM.
• Assist with invoicing and administrative tasks.
• Support outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare daily activity reports for management.
