Job summary

Mpathic is seeking a Remote Educational Savings Account Customer Success Representative to process orders accurately in a cloud-based environment. This fully remote role supports ESA scholarships and timely reimbursements to recipients.

Responsibilities include order processing, communicating with families, following coaching to improve performance, and performing other duties as assigned. A college degree is preferred; strong customer service and tech skills are essential.
