You will provide expert program and technical assistance via phone and email, review documents, and help ensure accurate processing of applications and orders.

Qualifications

• Must be US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert program and technical support to parents, schools and vendors in a cloud-based Contact Center.
• Support families, schools, and vendors in WV Hope Scholarship and related processes.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails, ensuring timely, accurate responses.
• Review and process documents related to the Scholarship (applications, orders, etc.).
