Job summary

Sledge is hiring a Customer Success Representative to own the relationship with beta users from signup through ongoing engagement. You will run regular check-ins to ensure projects run live and gather testimonials that fuel beta growth.

In this role you are the main contact for beta users, track account health, and work with the Product Manager to turn feedback into actionable tickets. You will help scale beta users toward paid conversion as the paywall nears.

Qualifications

• Hands-on customer success or account management at a startup.
• Experience running check-in calls to keep accounts engaged.
• Comfort using a CRM daily and maintaining accurate account status.
• Strong relationship builder with warm communication.
• Ability to move quickly in a product still defining its playbook.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with beta users through regular check-ins.
• Help beta users get live projects running in Sledge.
• Collect feedback, testimonials, and referrals.
• Be beta users' main point of contact, not a founder.
• Track account health and flag churn risks early.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to turn feedback into tickets.
• Help grow beta users toward paid conversion.
