Job summary

Verifiable is hiring a Customer Success Manager to drive satisfaction, retention and growth across a portfolio of customers. You will be the main contact post-implementation, driving adoption and value, and identifying expansion opportunities.

You will collaborate with Product, Support and Sales to deliver a superior customer experience and build long-term relationships that scale across our healthcare-focused platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success or account management.
• Proven track record with C-level, VP and Director-level stakeholders.
• Ability to explain APIs and integrations at a high level.
• Prioritize, work independently and manage a large book of customers.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools and modern SaaS stacks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ownership mindset with focus on customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship from implementation hand-off through renewal and expansion.
• Drive retention, adoption and value delivery, turning customers into advocates.
• Understand each customer's goals and tailor guidance accordingly.
• Develop advanced knowledge of Verifiable’s products, including API, Salesforce and AI offerings.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with executive stakeholders to show ROI and align on objectives.
• Spot risk, diagnose causes, and lead remediation and recovery plans.
• Act as voice of the customer: gather product feedback for Product and Dev teams.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve the CSM function and customer experience.
