Job summary

Connecture is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to join our growing team. You will manage incoming requests from customers, coordinate with internal teams, and support Medicare customer implementations throughout the annual cycle.

This remote role welcomes candidates nationwide in the United States; CST/EST availability preferred. You will assist with reporting, scheduling, and communications while helping to drive service excellence across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with internal teams to address customer requests.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data reporting.
• Experience supporting Medicare-related projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customer success and operations management functions.
• Coordinate with customer success managers and operations to complete projects.
• Assist with scheduling, preparing communications, and reporting on timelines.
• Act as liaison to various departments and communicate findings and solutions.
