Job summary

Connecture is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to help manage incoming requests from Medicare customers, coordinate with internal teams, and assist with reporting during the annual implementation cycle for all Medicare customers.

This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in the US, with preference for CST/EST time zones. Responsibilities include project coordination, administrative support, and cross-department liaison to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience working with multiple levels in an organization and with customers.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and manage priorities.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customer success and operations management functions.
• Assist customer success managers and operations personnel in coordinating and completing projects.
• Provide administrative and technical support such as scheduling, preparing communications or presentations, monitoring timelines, and acting as liaison to departments.
