Job summary

Connecture is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to join our growing team. You will help manage incoming requests from customers, coordinate with internal teams, and handle assorted tasks during the annual implementation cycle for Medicare customers.

This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in the US; preference given to CST and EST timezones. You will provide project support, reporting, scheduling, and communications, acting as a liaison to various departments.

Qualifications

• Ability to work directly with customers and vendors unsupervised.
• Customer management skills including project management and training support.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Self-starter with deadlines and little supervision.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• General technical knowledge to support customers.
• Ability to identify improvement areas for process improvement.

• Quick learner.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customer success and operations management functions.
• Assist customer success managers and operations personnel in coordinating and completing projects.
• Provide administrative and technical support such as scheduling, preparing communications or presentations, monitoring timelines, attending meetings, and liaising between departments.
• Communicate issues and propose solutions to customer success managers.
• Monitor and report progress to project managers and leadership.
• Provide customer service via phone and email; assist with outbound communications.
• Coordinate data file collection, validation, and issue resolution.
• Perform other customer service duties as requested.
