Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Customer Success Coordinator in the United States. This fully remote, high-energy role supports clients through onboarding and their ongoing journey with a fitness and wellness platform.

You will be the primary contact for new clients, helping them navigate programs, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to renewals and expansions while maintaining a client-first approach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer service experience in a customer success or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, empathetic and professional.
• Strong relationship-building skills and goal-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
• Multitasking, time management, and ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as required.
• Based in the United States; California residents currently not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onboarding contact for new clients with a welcoming, client-centered experience.
• Support VIP client assignments under guidance of the Customer Success Manager.
• Respond to client questions via email, phone, and text with empathy and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Build relationships and proactively identify barriers to engagement and satisfaction.
• Support retention by keeping clients engaged throughout their journey.
• Identify opportunities for additional programs and smooth handoffs to the right teams.
• Contribute to renewals and expansion while aligning with customer needs.
• Attend weekly meetings and stay informed on available programs and resources.
