Motorola Solutions in Plantation, FL seeks a Customer Support Manager to own end-to-end service delivery for Silent Sentinel video deployments, ensuring SLA compliance and effective coordination with customers, Motorola teams, and subcontractors.

You will manage contracts, CSPs, vendor performance, and renewals, while guiding escalations, enabling upsell opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Travel 25–50% and CJIS background clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer service management experience.
• Background clearance for government customers required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for customer management with SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with Program Managers for transition to warranty support.
• Manage service contract scope and deliverables with customers.
• Develop and maintain tailored Customer Support Plans with field teams.
• Oversee vendors and subcontractors to meet scope and performance.
• Lead service contract renewals and pricing changes.
• Address customer concerns and drive corrective actions.
• Identify up-sell or cross-sell opportunities.
