Job summary

Vanta is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Commercial to guide security and compliance journeys for customers using our platform. You will own post-sales activities, including onboarding, renewal management, and identifying upsell opportunities to maximize customer value.

You will collaborate with Account Managers to drive expansions, act as the voice of the customer, and build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and building trusted relationships.
• Proven track record in managing renewals and expanding accounts.
• Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales activities for mid-market customers, including onboarding, implementation, and renewals.
• Identify upsell opportunities and partner with Account Managers to drive renewals and expansion.
• Be the voice of the customer and align product priorities with customer feedback.
• Serve as main contact and guide customers to achieve business outcomes on their timelines.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors.
