Job summary

CampusGuard, a Nelnet Company, provides information security services for campus-based organizations, healthcare, and government agencies. The Customer Success Manager leads the client lifecycle on CampusGuard’s SaaS platform, acting as a trusted advisor to drive compliance achievement and platform adoption.

The role monitors client health, identifies risks, coordinates with internal teams, and drives value realization to support long-term client retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Payment Card Industry Professional (PCIP) certification required within first 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end client success lifecycle, including onboarding, success planning, ongoing engagement, and renewal support.
• Develop and maintain documented client success plans with defined outcomes and adoption goals.
• Monitor client health using engagement data, sentiment, compliance status and platform usage.
• Identify risks or barriers to success and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate executive-level business reviews showing progress and value delivered.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery to ensure timely, high-quality engagements.
