Job summary

CampusGuard, a Nelnet Company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the client lifecycle for our SaaS and consulting services. You will focus on compliance achievement, security posture improvement, and sustained platform adoption while coordinating with internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualified candidates have 3–5 years in SaaS or professional services, a bachelor’s degree, and PCIP certification within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• PCIP certification must be obtained within 12 months of employment.
• Preferred: coursework or certification in customer success, project management, or information security.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end client success lifecycle including onboarding and renewal support.
• Develop documented success plans with outcomes, milestones, and adoption goals.
• Monitor client health using engagement data, sentiment, compliance, and usage.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure value realization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality engagements.
• Drive platform adoption through outreach and training coordination.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales on insights.
