Job summary

Prompt.io Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships and ensure customers gain ongoing value from our platform. You’ll own the relationship from onboarding through renewal, working in a fully remote team that serves clients across North America.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar.
• Experience managing a portfolio of customers and multi-stakeholder relationships.
• Proven track record in driving adoption, retention, and renewals.
• Ability to translate customer goals into practical solutions.
• Strong data-driven approach using engagement signals.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of customer relationships end-to-end.
• Lead onboarding and implementation to realize value quickly.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and understand goals.
• Drive product adoption by sharing best practices and features.
• Monitor engagement to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Manage renewals and support strong retention.
• Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with Sales.
• Serve as voice of the customer to Product/Engineering/Sales.
