Job summary

Loxo is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager for a 100% remote role in the USA. You will partner with customers to successfully implement our machine intelligence SaaS platform, drive user adoption, and sustain renewal momentum.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing and Engineering to advocate for customer needs, present strategic Business Reviews, and become a subject-matter expert in recruiting processes to optimize client workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles in SaaS or similar.
• Self-motivated and collaborative with problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage post-sale customer relationships across onboarding, implementation, and renewals.
• Mitigate and retain at-risk customers using data and relationship management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing and Engineering to advocate for customer needs.
• Prepare and present Business Reviews for strategic partnerships.
• Become a subject matter expert in recruiting and hiring processes to advise customers.
• Maintain high levels of customer engagement and loyalty.
• Drive efficiency across functions supporting customer growth.
