Loxo, a high-growth startup building a machine intelligence SaaS platform, is seeking a Customer Success Manager in the USA. This 100% remote role focuses on onboarding, adoption, and retention, partnering with customers to ensure successful implementation and ongoing value.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will lead post-sale relationships, collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing and Engineering, and deliver business reviews for strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles in CS, AM, or strategic consulting.
• SaaS experience is a benefit.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, with creative ideas to inspire loyalty and solve problems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and track record building internal/external relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage customer relationships post-sales: onboarding, implementation, and renewals.
• Mitigate and retain at-risk customers using data and relationship management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs.
• Prepare and present Business Reviews for strategic partnerships.
• Become a subject matter expert in recruiting and hiring processes.
• Maintain high customer engagement and satisfaction, focusing on loyalty.
• Help drive efficiency across functions supporting customer growth and success.
