Centerbase is hiring a Customer Success Manager to serve as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of customers on our remote-first team. You will drive product adoption, renewals, and expansion while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and a customer-centric mindset in a fast-growing SaaS environment. Remote - USA, with a focus on customer outcomes, proactive health checks, and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a Customer/Client Success Manager role within a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Ability to autonomously manage a growing book of business.
• Strong attention to detail in customer communications and follow-ups.
• Proven track record of renewing and expanding customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert and drive adoption, value, and growth.
• Nurture relationships with a portfolio of customers through proactive communication.
• Understand customer needs and align objectives to achieve outcomes.
• Deliver business reviews to share value and growth opportunities.
• Act as customer advocate and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Own escalations and proactively address risks to retention.
• Drive renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
