Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Manager, Customer Success - Property for a fully remote role in the United States. You will coach and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, driving adoption, retention, and measurable business outcomes for multifamily properties.

You will collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Support, and Product teams to align customer objectives with product capabilities, optimize account health, and ensure a consistent, high-quality customer journey across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success with 1–2 years in people management.
• Experience in the multifamily property management industry is preferred.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent consultative communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage complex accounts.
• Adaptable mindset and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
• Ability to work fully remotely with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers with clear expectations.
• Monitor metrics for retention, product adoption, engagement, and account health.
• Develop strategic success plans aligning product capabilities with customer objectives.
• Build trusted advisor relationships across customer organizations.
• Oversee relationships within the multifamily property management sector.
• Establish scalable processes and playbooks for high-volume accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales, Implementation, Support, and Product teams to drive a seamless customer experience.
• Resolve escalations by coordinating internal stakeholders and driving timely resolution.
• Use feedback and data to identify opportunities and strengthen retention and adoption.
• Adapt priorities as business needs evolve and take on extra responsibilities.
