Job summary

GeologicAI is seeking a Manager, Customer Success to lead a regional portfolio of mining and technology customers. You will own relationships, ensure clear deliverables, progress, and next steps, and partner with our global Customer Excellence team to align adoption with renewal and growth.

You will mentor a cross-functional team, coordinate with Sales, Deployment, and Operations, and translate customer feedback into practical actions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex customer relationships in B2B environments.
• Excellent written communication, meeting facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to manage expectations, navigate conflict and influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer users, site champions, technical leaders and decision-makers; maintain continuity as stakeholders change.
• Lead regular touchpoints, site discussions and business reviews with clear agendas and agreed next steps.
• Communicate delays and limitations early; explain what is confirmed and what remains uncertain.
• Maintain success plans aligned with customer priorities and budget cycles; record stakeholder maps and value measures in CRM.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure adoption and renewal readiness; translate feedback into practical actions.
