Job summary

GeologicAI is seeking a Manager, Customer Excellence to lead a global team focused on technical validation, workflow integration and customer education. You will establish standards, translate needs into solutions and drive measurable value for customers across exploration and mining operations.

You will coach and develop a high-performing team, coordinate cross-functional work, and ensure delivery quality. Travel up to 25% is expected in this senior leadership role.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in mining, mineral exploration or mining services.
• 5+ years in people leadership with coaching track record.
• Strong ability to translate data into business value and decisions.
• Clear written, verbal, executive communication.
• Experience coordinating programs across teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Excellence team with clear accountability and development plans.
• Translate strategy into priorities, staffing, and capability development.
• Oversee intake, prioritization and delivery tracking with ownership.
• Build relationships with customer technical teams and executives.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and training from team expertise.
• Travel up to 25% for domestic and international visits.
