Job summary

Mine Vision Systems seeks a seasoned technical sales/consulting professional to own the customer relationship in Australia and APAC. You will train, support, and consult with clients, proving ROI and driving adoption of the Mine Intelligence Platform.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams, to identify expansion opportunities, run pilots, and refine training materials while traveling up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years prior underground mining experience in Technical Services strongly preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Geology, Engineering, or related discipline strongly preferred.
• Confident, customer-focused approach with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Ability to balance technical delivery with account ownership and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Work in a safe and professional manner, underground and at remote locations.
• Provide training, technical support, and consulting services to customers.
• Communicate confidently with customers to drive adoption of MVS technologies.
• Serve as the primary technical owner for customers in Australia and APAC.
• Collaborate with the regional team to drive business development and industry awareness.
• Identify expansion, upsell, and renewal opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product and GTM improvements.
• Support Sales by building business cases, assisting pilots, and showcasing ROI.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
