Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, client services, logistics, transportation, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Keep customers informed throughout the resolution process.
