Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related experience is helpful.
• Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as tariffs, procedures, manuals.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer information requests in person, by phone, and via email.
• Process Bills of Lading and enter data into the computer.
• Maintain accurate billing and assist with rate quotes and bookings.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to questions promptly.
• Operate in a safe, team-driven environment.
